Therapy Services

Cost of services can vary based on payment method, whether paying privately or using insurance benefits. 

For private pay, see rates below:

Individual sessions (45/60 minute session): $300/350 

Group therapy sessions: $125

Limited sliding-scale slots available.

Insurance

For clients who would like to use insurance, I am currently in-network (via Headway) with the following carriers: Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Empire BCBS, and Oscar Health. 

If you are not in-network with any of these carriers and would like to use out-of-network  (OON) benefits, I am glad to provide a statement of reimbursement (superbill) to assist you with claiming OON benefits.

Private-Pay

For private paying clients, I accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed at the end of each session via a secure payment portal. 

Depending on your financial hardship, a lower session fee can be offered to help with the cost of services being paid privately. During the consultation, we will discuss rates and can determine a fee that is affordable to you given your circumstances. Once a payment agreement is established, fees are assessed periodically to evaluate the need for the reduced fee.

Research shows that the strongest predictor of successful therapy outcome is the quality of relationship between the therapist and client. Bottom line: Fit matters! Take some time to reflect on your needs and consider setting up a couple initial consultations before committing to a treatment.  I would be glad to discuss with you our potential fit during a brief phone consultation.
