Process

After a brief phone consultation to determine your needs and to discuss any questions or concerns that you might have, you will be invited to complete a set of initial paperwork. Once complete, an evaluation interview session will be scheduled. Sessions are typically 3-4 hours and conducted in one sitting. However, depending on the type of evaluation, an additional session may be scheduled to ensure all relevant information about your circumstances is obtained and all assessments are completed.  All sessions are conducted via a secure video platform.

Evaluations typically consist of an in-depth review of personal history, current mental status examination, and assessment of psychological distress. In addition to the evaluation interview, I will review and incorporate in the report as necessary any documents provided by you or your attorney to support your application. For some cases, information provided by family members via interview can further strengthen the report.
